Zone B, Up Country covers all other areas outside North Coast and Hardship Areas, e.g. Kisumu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Nyeri, Migori, Kiambu.
Zone C, North Coast covers Lamu, Hola, Garsen, and Mpeketoni.
Zone D, Hardship Areas covers Kakuma, Lodwar, Mandera, Wajir, Moyale, Samburu, and Marsabit.
